01About

A mixed farm and equine vet, working in the field.

I'm an Assistant Professor of Large Animal Medicine and Surgery at St George's University, after twenty years in mixed farm and equine practice focused on equine reproduction, herd health and ambulatory work.

Alongside clinical work I mentor veterinary graduates as an RCVS-trained VetGDP Advisor and supervise 4th and 5th year students on placement. My career has taken me from stud farms and a polo club in Buenos Aires, through disease control work in Spain and mixed practice in Ireland, England and Scotland, to St George's University in Grenada.
